The IEEE International Conference on Mechatronics, ICM 2013, is sponsored by the Industrial Electronics Society (IES) of IEEE and aims at providing a multidisciplinary forum, where researchers can discuss the state-of-the-art in mechatronics, and present recent research results and prospects for development in this evolving area.

  • Other Applications (Bioengineering, Aeronautics, ...)

  • Mechatronics Education

Important Dates :
  • Submission of Special Session Proposals : May 31, 2012
  • Submission of full manuscripts : August 31, 2012
  • Notification of Acceptance : October 20, 2012
  • Final Submission of full manuscripts : November 30, 2012
  • Deadline for advanced registration : November 30, 2012

As for the conference venue, Vicenza has been chosen to host ICM2013 not only because it is a beautiful city, with many buildings and villas designed by Andrea Palladio (for this reason it has been awarded with the UNESCO World Heritage status), but also as the center of one of the most industrialized areas in Europe, with many industries and research centers in the field of Mechatronics.
